Just a crappy old tune he'll never release, except now
March 19, 1999
Does anyone remember the track dubbed "Crappy" a long time ago? It was a tune
Richard played on the 107.7 FM, KNDD "The End"
show "Ultrasound." It was back on September 22, 1997, in Seattle, Washington, US,
that it was played. That tune was dubbed "Crappy" because of Richard's words, "Oh, it's just a crappy oldone of my tracks that I'll never release. Just fancied listening to it for about three minutes worth." It now seems to have evolved enough to actually get released. Listen to "Crappy" from the September 22, 1997, broadcast of the "Ultrasound" radio program. Then listen to track 2 from the Windowlicker single, and hear for yourself. The "Windowlicker" original demo mix sounds just like the MP3 that circulated around for a while as well.
