March 19, 1999 — A few people seem to be wondering about the differences between the US and UK releases of the Windowlicker single.

The March 22 UK release of the single will come in three formats: a 12" (WAP105), and two CDs (WAP105CD/WAP105CDR). The first CD contains the tracks "Windowlicker," [some symbol stuff], and "Nannou." The second CD has the original demo mix of "Windowlicker" and a 25fps Quicktime movie of the video.

The following day, the US release will be available. It will only be one CD which will contain the same three tracks as the first CD of the UK version. It will also include the "Windowlicker" (clean) video which can only be accessed with an Internet connection. As far as videos are concerned, the US NTSC version is already available and has been since February 23. The UK PAL version (for playback only on European devices) will be available on April 5. Both versions include the full length version, but the UK PAL version also includes the amusing bleep edit.
